We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express at our discretion, unless specified by purchaser. Shipments are sent daily, Monday-Friday, 52 weeks (no weekends or holidays). Whenever possible, orders will be shipped out either same-day or next business day unless unforeseen stock issues arise (in which case, purchaser will be notified).
Free continental United States shipping for orders weighing up to 5 pounds. For 5.1 to 9.9 pounds, $15.00. For 10 pounds or more, $20.00. For shipping to Canada: 0.1 – 4.9 pounds $30.00; 5.0 – 9.9 pounds $40.00; and 10 pounds or more $60.00.
Delivery signatures are required for orders over $500 unless purchaser waives the signature requirement. Signature will not be required on orders less than $500 unless requested. To waive signature requirement for a purchase of more than $500 or request a signature for a purchase less than $500, please call 888-237-1270 or email us. An adult signature (18+) is required to legally sign for UPS deliveries.
Inner Sanctum Audio is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged orders once the order has been shipped from our facility. Claims for such issues must be made with the shipping provider.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. If our shipping carrier does not deliver correctly or in a timely manner, Inner Sanctum Audio is not liable or responsible. Again, claims must be made with the shipping provider.
We offer a 14-Day “love it or return it” policy at Inner Sanctum Audio. If a purchaser decides that he/she does not wish to keep a product for any reason, the product (in “like new” condition) may be returned at the purchaser’s own expense within the first two week (starting from the day purchaser receives the item). Items must be sent back in “like new” condition (and include all original packaging, parts, manuals and accessories) to qualify for a full refund. If an order had been placed with free shipping, the original shipping cost paid by Inner Sanctum Audio will be deducted from the refund.
Returns received back that are deemed not to be in “like new” condition (whether it is damaged/missing packaging, a scratch, dirt or any other imperfection) will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 10% and may be as much as 50% depending on condition. Returns requested after the initial two weeks of ownership are negotiable and will be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns due to product malfunction or defect must be made within 30 days and are not subject to a fee. Products returned because of claimed malfunction or defect that are deemed to be in proper working order will not be refunded. After 30 days, malfunctions and defects become a manufacturer’s warranty issue, and we will help you with communications to the manufacturer.
All returns must be sent with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA#, call 888-237-127 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

When a purchase is made, we collect the personal information given to us, including customer name, address and email address.
We may send customers emails about our store, new products and other updates. A purchase constitutes opting in to such emails. A customer may opt out at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel questionable customer orders for any reason at our own discretion. This includes but is not limited to orders containing an error, discrepancy, inaccuracy or is feared to be fraudulent whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or a credit card has already been charged for the order. If an order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original credit card used on the transaction as soon as possible.
